Incident affecting Google Ad Manager Data Transfer

Incident began at 2022-03-25 09:30 and ended at 2022-03-27 02:00 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Mar 27, 2022 2:51 AM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager Data Transfer has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

All of the delayed Data Transfer files for March 25th 2022 are now published and available to all publishers.

Mar 26, 2022 4:00 AM UTC We are continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by Mar 27, 2022, 4:00 AM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but may experience delays in sending or receiving messages.

The Ad Manager reporting incident has already been resolved but Data Transfer Reservation files remains delayed for 15 hours.

Data Transfer Reservation files for all hours of Mar 24, 2022 have been published. Data Transfer Reservation files for hours 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 of Mar 25 have been published. Data Transfer Reservation files from hours 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 of Mar 25 are still in progress.

Mar 26, 2022 1:34 AM UTC We are continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by Mar 26, 2022, 4:00 AM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Due to the ongoing Ad Manager reporting incident, Data Transfer Reservation files are still delayed for 15 hours.

Data Transfer Reservation files for all hours of March 24 and first 3 hours of March 25 have been published. Data Transfer Reservation files for March 25 hour 03 is still progress.
