Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Dec 2, 2020 3:00 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.

All domain crawls and system updates needed to resolve the issue has been completed.

Dec 2, 2020 10:01 AM UTC Google Ad Manager service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change.

This issue is now mostly resolved, although a limited number of affected domains may still show a "No ads.txt found" status. We will provide a new update when all remaining domains are resolved.

Dec 2, 2020 8:10 AM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager affecting a significant subset of users. We will provide an update by Dec 2, 2020, 4:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change.

The affected networks will have some of their domains not crawled for the ads.txt file, those domais will show the status "No ads.txt found" in the admin UI and/or experience SELLER NOT AUTHORIZED rejections in deals.
