| May 28, 2019 | 7:00 PM UTC | Google Ad Manager Data Transfer service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. Engineering has identified the issue and the missing files have completed being generated. Backfill files for hour 14:00 May 19 are complete and available to publishers. Reservation files for 13:00 to 14:00 PDT May 19 are complete and available to publishers. Issue 2: The outage of May 1st resulting in duplicate entries on some April 30th and May 1st files have been resolved. Engineering as identified 3 specific hours that contained duplicate and incorrect data on May 1st at hours 16, 17 and 18. Data clean up and verification has been fully completed and corrected data has been published for all affected publishers and file types. This issue is now considered as resolved and no further updates will be provided. |

Backfill and Bids Data Transfer files are currently halted at hour 16 (PT) of May 1st due to the ongoing Ad Manager logging issue. The underlying issue has been resolved but logs are sill being processed and should be available in the coming hours. |

The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but may not have access to the most recent data. Due to a data duplication issue in Google Ad Manager, Data Transfer files generation has been temporarily halted to avoid logging of invalid data. Please expect delays in Data Transfer file generation. Currently some April 30th and May 1st files might include duplicate entries. Duplicate data is not currently being logged and Engineering is expected to restart log generation in the coming hours. |
