Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Jul 17, 2020 12:20 AM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.

The ability to Overbook Line Items for users with the appropriate permissions has been restored.

Jul 16, 2020 11:00 PM UTC We are continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by Jul 17, 2020, 12:00 AM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

The Availability Forecast results are now working as intended. the issue with Saving or Modifying Line Items is being isolated to only Line Items which would be overbooked when saved.

We will provide an update by Jul 16, 2020, 11:15 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

It is currently not possible to save new Line Items or to modify and save existing ones. It is also not possible to run Availability Forecast.
