Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Apr 23, 2019 6:11 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.

The Google Ad Manager issue that caused Pricing Rules as well as Protections to not be consistently enforced is resolved.
Apr 18, 2019 10:34 PM UTC Google Ad Manager service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change.

The Google Ad Manager issue impacting Ad Exchange pricing rules appears to be resolved. It has been discovered that this problem had a larger scope than originally reported with Protections rules also not being enforced, including, but not limited to, URL blocking. Once the resolution is confirmed to be working as intended, we will provide a final update.
Apr 17, 2019 12:25 AM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager affecting a significant subset of users. We will provide an update by Apr 19, 2019, 12:00 AM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change.

Some Google Ad Manager users may still be experiencing an issue with Ad Exchange pricing rules not being consistently enforced. Note this problem affects both First-Look and Open-Auction Ad Exchange pricing rules.
