Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Aug 23, 2021 4:02 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but may not have access to the most recent data.

Ad Manager Query Tool "Reach" reports configured with the "Last 93 days" dynamic date range are again returning all applicable data.

Any publishers who ran "Reach" reports configured with the "Last 93 days" dynamic date range between August 16 & August 22 are advised to re-run those reports to ensure full and accurate data.

Thank you for your patience. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but may not have access to the most recent data.

Note: Ad Manager Query Tool "Reach" reports configured with the "Last week (Sun - Sat)" or "Last month" dynamic date ranges or "Fixed" date ranges that extend beyond August 16 are unaffected by this issue and returning full data.
