The corrected files are in the process of being published and are starting to be available for most publishers. The full process will complete by end of day.
For publishers who use the BigQuery Connector you will now need to backfill for the affected days (instructions here). |

The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. Our Engineering team is currently validating the affected data needed to publish corrected files. The corrected files were expected to be re-published by end of day October 21st, 2021 but the validation process is experiencing some delays and the new expected date for re-publishing the corrected files is by end of day October 25th, 2021 Re-published files will have the string "_corrected" appended to the file name, but the previous versions of the files will not be deleted from the bucket. Further Updates will be provided to confirm the status of the published corrected files. |

We will provide an update by Oct 19, 2021, 5:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. The root cause of the issue has been identified by our Engineering team, and the rollback to resolve the incident has fixed the underlaying issue. Most files published between October 12th and October 15th 2021 12:00PM PDT might contain incorrect data. October 16th 2021 is the first day after the rollback where all files contain correct data. Our Engineering team is currently working on a plan to publish corrected files for the affected data. |
