Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

The Google Ad Manager 'Ad review center', and the 'Creative review' tab available on Programmatic Direct Line Items, are again returning all eligible creatives.
Apr 30, 2019 4:42 PM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager affecting a majority of users. We will provide an update by Apr 30, 2019, 7:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

The Google Ad Manager 'Ad review center', and the 'Creative review' tab available on Programmatic Direct Line Items, are not returning any eligible creatives. Impacted users will receive an error message and/or an endless loading icon.
