Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Ad Manager publishers running reports that include July 2 and/or July 3, 2019 data will no longer see extremely high and incorrect metric values in their Ad Manager Historical reports and/or Ad Exchange Historical reports.

Please note that this was purely a Google Ad Manager reporting issue, with no impact to Google Ad Manager ad serving or billing.

Jul 10, 2019 7:00 PM UTC We expect to resolve the problem affecting a significant subset of users of Google Ad Manager at Jul 11, 2019, 12:00 AM UTC. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Some Ad Manager publishers running reports that include July 2 and/or July 3, 2019 data may still see the following extremely high and incorrect metric values: 'Ad request eCPM', 'Matched eCPM', 'Ad eCPM', and 'Estimated revenue' metric values in Ad Exchange Historical reports / 'Total CPM and CPC revenue', 'Total CPM, CPC, CPD, and vCPM revenue', 'Total average eCPM', 'Ad Exchange revenue', and 'Ad Exchange average eCPM' metric values in Ad Manager Historical reports.

Please note that this is purely a Google Ad Manager reporting issue, with no impact to Google Ad Manager ad serving or billing. The root cause has already been resolved, and data cleanup has begun, so some publishers may notice that the previously high and incorrect metric values are no longer returned in Ad Manager reporting prior to the final resolution of this incident.

Impacted Ad Manager publishers running Ad Exchange Historical reports that include July 2/3, 2019 data will still see extremely high 'Ad request eCPM', 'Matched eCPM', 'Ad eCPM', and 'Estimated revenue' metric values, specifically attributed to the "Google AdWords" Buyer Network.

Please note that this is purely a Google Ad Manager reporting issue, with no impact to Google Ad Manager ad serving. The root cause has already been resolved, and data cleanup is now underway.
