Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Oct 3, 2019 6:45 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.

Order and Line item-level delivery metrics (e.g. impressions, clicks) shown in the Delivery Tab of Google Ad Manager UI are now displaying accurate data.

Oct 3, 2019 2:06 PM UTC We are continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by Oct 3, 2019, 7:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but may not have access to the most recent data.

Metrics ( Impressions, Clicks, etc.) shown in the Delivery Tab of Google Ad Manager UI are not accurate at the moment.

You can still use the Reporting Tool to obtain correct data.

Oct 3, 2019 9:25 AM UTC Google Ad Manager service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users within the next 5 hours, 35 minutes. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but may not have access to the most recent data.

Metrics ( Impressions, Clicks, etc.) shown in the Delivery Tab of Google Ad Manager UI are not accurate at the moment.

You can still use the Reporting Tool to obtain correct data.

We will provide an update by Oct 3, 2019, 2:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.
