Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Dec 30, 2022 11:19 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Google Ad Manager publishers should no longer experience Reporting stats delays.
Dec 30, 2022 9:27 PM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager affecting a majority of users. We will provide an update by Dec 31, 2022, 3:00 AM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but may experience delays in sending or receiving messages.

Google Ad Manager Reporting stats that can be accessed through the Query Tool are experiencing delays.

Data Transfer data is not affected by this issue. Furthermore, Publishers who have access to Data Transfer can continue to rely on its stats to be up to date.
