Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

May 3, 2022 8:39 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.

Google Ad Manager users can successfully access Creatives via the Delivery > Creatives UI and within the Line item-level "Creatives" tab.
May 3, 2022 7:51 PM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager affecting a majority of users. We will provide an update by May 3, 2022, 10:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Some Google Ad Manager users are unable to successfully access Creatives, either within the Delivery > Creatives UI or within the Line item-level "Creatives" tab. Impacted users receive the following UI error when trying to access Creatives: "An error has occurred while processing your request. Please try again."
