Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

May 12, 2022 4:59 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.

Google Ad Manager users can again successfully update existing Protection rules.

May 12, 2022 2:13 PM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager affecting a significant subset of users. We will provide an update by May 13, 2022, 5:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Some Google Ad Manager users may be unable to successfully update existing Protection rules. Impacted users receive the following UI error when trying to save the rule: "An internal error occurred. Please try again later."
