Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Incident began at 2021-03-03 15:10 and ended at 2021-03-05 10:19 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Mar 5, 2021 10:19 AM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.

The issue causing email recipient lists to be cleared has been resolved.

We have also restored recipients for most scheduled reports that were accidentally removed. Unfortunately, we were unable to restore the recipient emails list for some reports, primarily monthly scheduled reports that lost their recipients.

Mar 4, 2021 6:11 PM UTC Google Ad Manager service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change.

The issue causing email recipient lists to be cleared has been identified and resolved. Scheduled reports won't lose the recipient emails list when executed

Additionally, we are working to restore the lists of recipients to their previous state.

Mar 3, 2021 3:10 PM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager affecting a significant subset of users. We will provide an update by Mar 4, 2021, 8:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Some scheduled reports are missing the list of recipient emails. This may be causing these scheduled reports to not be properly dispatched.
