The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Incident affecting Google Ad Manager Data Transfer

Incident began at 2022-05-24 21:00 and ended at 2022-06-03 23:15 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Jun 6, 2022	7:33 PM UTC	The problem with Google Ad Manager Data Transfer has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. Corrected hourly data transfer files, with the string "_corrected" appended to the file name(s), have been published for all impacted events with timestamps between May 23, 11PM PDT & May 24, 2PM PDT. Impacted file types may have included NetworkBackfillImpressions, NetworkBackfillClicks, NetworkBackfillActiveViews, NetworkBackfillRichMediaConversions, NetworkBackfillVideoConversions, and NetworkBackfillBids. The previous update noted that corrected hourly data transfer files had not yet been published for a small number of impacted Ad Manager publishers, but corrected files for all publishers had actually completed by 23:15 UTC on June 3, 2022.
Jun 4, 2022	2:42 AM UTC	The problem with Google Ad Manager Data Transfer should be resolved for the vast majority of affected users. We will continue to work towards restoring service for the remaining affected users, but no further updates will be added to this dashboard. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. Corrected hourly data transfer files, with the string "_corrected" appended to the file name(s), have been published for all impacted events with timestamps between May 23, 11PM PDT & May 24, 2PM PDT. Impacted file types may have included NetworkBackfillImpressions, NetworkBackfillClicks, NetworkBackfillActiveViews, NetworkBackfillRichMediaConversions, NetworkBackfillVideoConversions, and NetworkBackfillBids. Corrected hourly data transfer files have not yet been published for a small number of impacted Ad Manager publishers, but those publishers will be contacted directly with additional details.

Some Google Ad Manager publishers may notice inflated or incorrect "EstimatedBackfillRevenue" metrics within the following File Types for events with timestamps between May 23, 11PM PDT & May 24, 2PM PDT: NetworkBackfillImpressions, NetworkBackfillClicks, NetworkBackfillActiveViews, NetworkBackfillRichMediaConversions, NetworkBackfillVideoConversions. Some Google Ad Manager publishers may notice inflated or incorrect "BidPrice" metrics with the "NetworkBackfillBids" File Type for events with timestamps between May 23, 11PM PDT & May 24, 2PM PDT. Work is underway to correct the impacted data and, once those efforts complete, corrected data transfer file(s) will be re-published with the string "_corrected" appended to the file name.
