Incident affecting Google Ad Manager Data Transfer

Incident began at 2025-08-19 07:00 and ended at 2025-08-25 07:00 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Aug 22, 2025 6:00 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager Data Transfer has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but may not have access to the most recent data.

New Data Transfer files were regenerated to address the missing data the previously impacted hours below:

  • Backfill regenerated files: August 11 hours 15-21
  • Reservation regenerated files: August 11 hours 10-23

Note the regenerated files have suffix "corrected".
Aug 20, 2025 4:00 PM UTC We expect to resolve the problem affecting a majority of users of Google Ad Manager Data Transfer at Aug 21, 2025, 7:00 AM UTC. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

The issue with missing data fields that affected Data Transfer backfill files for August 11 between 15:00 and 21:00 has also affected Reservation files for the same time frame. We are working on regenerating these files as well.

An issue with missing data fields was found in the Data Transfer backfill files for August 11 between 15:00 and 21:00. We've regenerated these files, and the corrected versions are now available with the suffix "_corrected".
