Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

The issue where Google Ad Manager UI may become unresponsive for publishers attempting to save changes to existing Line Items is now resolved.

Feb 4, 2020 12:00 AM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager affecting a majority of users. We will provide an update by Feb 4, 2020, 1:00 AM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Saving existing Line Items in Google Ad Manager causes the UI and the current browser tab to become unresponsive.

The issue can be temporarily avoided by clicking on the Back to previous version link (found next to the You are using the new trafficking experience text) to temporarily revert to the older version of the Ad Manager UI, where this issue is not occurring.
