Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

The issue from May 1, 2019, the recording of duplicate events such as clicks, conversions, queries, has been resolved. All reports for April 30 and May 1 have been corrected. Ad Manager reports for direct campaigns are available in the Query Tool. Due to an internal migration, corrected AdExchange data will be visible in Query Tool reports by the end of Q2.

May 20, 2019 7:31 PM UTC We are continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by May 24, 2019, 4:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but may not have access to the most recent data.

Some Ad Manager video Proposal Line Items and/or Line Items configured with 'Max duration (seconds)' values cannot be saved. Follow this workaround to save impacted Proposal Line items and/or Line items: Navigate to Admin > Video > Programmatic video settings, set the 'Standard video duration' and 'Skippable video duration' fields to an artificially high value (e.g. 1800), save impacted Proposal Line items and/or Line items, then revert the 'Standard video duration' and 'Skippable video duration' fields to their previous values.

A number of duplicate events were recorded across the whole Google Ad Manager platform. Engineering is aware of the issue and is working on fixing the issue and removing the duplicate data. Duplicate data is currently not being recorded but Query Tool reports will likely have incorrect data for April 30th and May 1st until the duplicate entries will be removed. Additionally, Ad Exchange Reporting data for May 1st and 2nd may be inaccurate or unavailable while we resolve this issue.
