Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Incident began at 2021-08-24 13:00 and ended at 2021-08-24 17:43 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Aug 25, 2021 3:02 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but may not have access to the most recent data.

The AdManager Homepage insights cards are again showing all the correct values as expected.

Workaround no longer required, but users can continue to use the linked reports in the cards to obtain more detailed information.

Aug 24, 2021 5:45 PM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager affecting a majority of users. We will provide an update by Aug 25, 2021, 12:00 AM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but may not have access to the most recent data.

The AdManager Homepage insights cards are showing zero as value for some of the metrics like Revenue or eCPM. This issue is only affecting the presentation of the data in the affected cards.

As a workaround the user can execute the linked report in the card. This will execute the same report used for the card and present the correct values.
