Incident affecting Google Ad Manager and Google Ad Manager Data Transfer

The affected Data Transfer files have been regenerated successfully.
May 14, 2025 8:58 AM UTC Our team is continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by May 15, 2025, 9:00 PM UTC with more information about this problem. Thank you for your patience. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager and Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but may not have access to the most recent data.

This issue remains mitigated and the process of the Data Transfer files is expected to be complete later this week.

The process to fix the impressions is complete and the data is available in Ad Manager reports, the process to regenerate the affected Data Transfer files is ongoing.

The Engineering team will reprocess the affected data and regenerate the affected Data Transfer files. This is expected to be a slow process so it will likely take a few days to complete.
May 7, 2025 5:08 AM UTC We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Ad Manager and Google Ad Manager Data Transfer. We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager and Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but may not have access to the most recent data.

Due to a filtration issue, the Google Ad Manager Reports and the Data Transfer files that include May 2nd between 14:00 and 15:00 UTC, might not contain all the appropriate data and there could be discrepancies between Google Ad Manager Reports and the Data Transfer files.
