Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Incident began at 2023-06-27 21:00 and ended at 2023-06-28 01:54 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Jun 28, 2023	1:54 AM UTC	The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. The Google Ad Manager latency issue has been mitigated. Users of Google Ad Manager were seeing low levels of errors and higher latency. When creating Query Tool reports in Google Ad Manager, publishers are now blocked from leveraging the ‘Bidder’ filter. Any existing reports with saved filters will be fine. Users can still report on those dimensions, they just can't filter by it. Engineering is working to optimize the process so that this filter can be re-enable. As the issue has been resolved, this will be the last update regarding the incident.

Thank you for your patience. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. Users of Google Ad Manager are seeing low levels of errors and higher latency. The root cause has been identified by engineering, now working on a feasible resolution.
