Incident affecting Google Ad Manager Data Transfer

Incident began at 2023-07-21 18:15 and ended at 2023-07-25 13:15 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

All Google Ad Manager Data Transfer reservation file types (NetworkCodeServes, NetworkImpressions, NetworkRequests, NetworkActiveViews, NetworkActivities, NetworkClicks, NetworkRichMediaConversions, NetworkVideoConversions) that are configured to include the "CustomTargeting" field contain complete data for the "CustomTargeting" field starting with July 21, 2023 Hour 13 files.

We have republished all Google Ad Manager Data Transfer reservation files that were impacted by this issue between July 19, 2023 Hour 8 and July 21, 2023 Hour 12, with "_corrected" appended to the file name(s).
Jul 24, 2023 10:55 PM UTC We expect to resolve the problem affecting a majority of users of Google Ad Manager Data Transfer at Jul 28, 2023, 11:00 PM UTC. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

All Google Ad Manager Data Transfer reservation file types (NetworkCodeServes, NetworkImpressions, NetworkRequests, NetworkActiveViews, NetworkActivities, NetworkClicks, NetworkRichMediaConversions, NetworkVideoConversions) that are configured to include the "CustomTargeting" field contain complete data for the "CustomTargeting" field starting with July 21, 2023 Hour 13 files (and not with Hour 14 files, as previously communicated).

By the end of this week (i.e. July 28, 2023) we will republish any Google Ad Manager Data Transfer reservation files that were impacted by this issue between July 19, 2023 Hour 8 and July 21, 2023 Hour 12, with "_corrected" appended to the file name(s).

The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Jul 21, 2023 6:14 PM UTC We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Ad Manager Data Transfer. We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Some Google Ad Manager Data Transfer publishers have reported receiving incomplete data in the "CustomTargeting" Data Transfer field starting with some July 19, 2023 hourly files (including those published for the NetworkRequests and NetworkImpressions file types).
