Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Native creatives with Native Express OR Multiplex styles are again eligible to deliver on targeted inventory.

Feb 16, 2023 7:00 PM UTC Google Ad Manager service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change.

Native Creatives with Native Express OR Multiplex styles are currently failing to deliver due to a recent release. Our engineering team has already identified the issue and a fix has been rolled out in production and will reach 100% of affected users shortly.

We will provide an update by Feb 16, 2023, 8:00 PM UTC to confirm the full resolution of the issue.

Feb 16, 2023 5:47 PM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager affecting a majority of users. We will provide an update by Feb 16, 2023, 7:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.
