Incident affecting Google Ad Manager Data Transfer

Corrected July 2, July 3, July 7, and/or July 16 Data Transfer files have been re-published to impacted publishers storage buckets with the added string '_corrected'.
Jul 10, 2019 2:23 AM UTC We expect to resolve the problem affecting a significant subset of users of Google Ad Manager Data Transfer at Jul 12, 2019, 3:00 AM UTC. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Some Ad Manager Data Transfer publishers may have received July 2 (hours 18,19,20,21,22,23) and/or July 3 (hours 0,1,2) and/or July 7 (hour 10) and/or July 16 (hour 9) hourly files containing events with extremely high and incorrect 'EstimatedBackfillRevenue' values (NetworkBackfillCodeServes, NetworkBackfillImpressions, NetworkBackfillClicks, NetworkBackfillActiveViews, NetworkBackfillVideoConversions, NetworkBackfillRichMediaConversions file types) and 'BidPrice' values (NetworkBackfillBids file type).

Data correction is underway and corrected hourly files will be published for all impacted Ad Manager Data Transfer publishers.
