Incident affecting Google Ad Manager Data Transfer

Incident began at 2019-10-10 10:58 and ended at 2019-10-11 16:00 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Oct 11, 2019 4:00 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager Data Transfer has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.

All Google Ad Manager Reservation Files are now available and within SLO. The root cause has been of the delay has been identified and a fix issued.

Oct 10, 2019 7:30 PM UTC Google Ad Manager Data Transfer service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change.

Google Ad Manager Data Transfer Reservation files from 2019-10-09 hour 13 are now available to all Publishers. Engineering is still looking into the issue to isolate the root cause of the initial delay. An update will be provided once the issue will be fully resolved.

We will provide an update by Oct 10, 2019, 7:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but may not have access to the most recent data.
