	May 20, 2020	5:42 PM UTC	We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Ad Manager. We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. Publishers may observe a decline in impressions for Mobile Web and issues serving Mobile Web ads starting on 5/15/2020.
