Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Aug 14, 2018 8:20 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.

Google Ad Manager is now displaying up-to-date Impressions and Clicks data at the Order and Line-item levels.

Aug 14, 2018 3:38 PM UTC We expect to resolve the problem affecting a majority of users of Google Ad Manager at Aug 14, 2018, 9:00 PM UTC. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but may not have access to the most recent data.

Google Ad Manager users are beginning to see up-to-date Impressions and Clicks data at the Order and Line-item level for some Orders and Line items, but many Orders and Line items are still showing delayed Impressions and Clicks data.

Please note that Impressions and Clicks data are up-to-date at the Creative-level. Google Ad Manager reporting and forecasting are also up-to-date, and either can be used to confirm whether or not an Order and/or Line item is delivering as expected.

Google Ad Manager users are seeing delayed Impressions and Clicks data at the Order and Line-item level, including Line items that are actively delivering but showing a status of 'Ready'.

Please note that Impressions and Clicks data are up-to-date at the Creative-level. Additionally, Google Ad Manager reporting and forecasting are up-to-date, and either can be used to confirm whether or not an Order and/or Line item is delivering as expected.
