The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Incident began at 2020-03-01 17:20 and ended at 2020-03-04 11:45 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Mar 4, 2020	11:45 AM UTC	We have determined that this is an isolated issue that will be corrected as part of our ongoing maintenance activities. Ad Exchange Video line items showing inaccurate click count and CTR in the UI. We expect the discrepancy on Ad Exchange Video clicks shown in the UI will be resolved in the upcoming weeks. For the time being, you can rely on reporting to obtain accurate click values for these line items.
Mar 2, 2020	10:42 PM UTC	We are continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by Mar 3, 2020, 5:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. [In Progress] Ad Exchange Video line items showing inaccurate click count and CTR in the UI. Ad Exchange Video line items may be showing inaccurate, higher than expected click count and CTR in the UI. Reporting is unaffected and returning correct numbers. [Resolved] Ad Manager PG Sponsorship Deals can be successfully configured and renegotiated by Display & Video 360 (DV360) Buyers. Actively delivering or already configured Ad Manager PG Sponsorship Deals with DV360 Buyers were unaffected.

[In Progress] Ad Manager PG Sponsorship Deals cannot be configured on Display & Video 360 (DV360) Buyers. Ad Manager PG Sponsorship Deals cannot be successfully configured or renegotiated by Display & Video 360 (DV360) Buyers. Actively delivering or already configured Ad Manager PG Sponsorship Deals with DV360 Buyers are unaffected.
