The reporting issue has been resolved. Deals and buyer data is now available in both Ad Manager and Ad Exchange Historical report types.
Sep 19, 2018	9:47 PM UTC	Google Ad Manager service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users within the next 1 hour. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The reporting issue has been resolved. Deals and buyer data is now available in Ad Exchange Historical report type. Some dimensions in Ad Manager Historical reports continue to fail. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Google Ad Manager guaranteed ads are no longer including the Ad Choices logo or the "Ads by Google" logo when serving on mobile devices.

Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but may not have access to the most recent data. As of September 7th at 2:45am PST, the issue affecting deals and rules on Google Ad Manager and Google Ad Manager 360 has been resolved. Sep 7, 2018	8:13 AM UTC	Google Ad Manager service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users within the next 1 hour, 47 minutes. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. Since 4 September at 11:00am PST, Google Ad Manager and Google Ad Manager 360 have been experiencing an issue for a small fraction of deals that are not serving as expected. Additionally, rules may not be respected for a small fraction of queries in the open auction. Since 6 September at 10:00pm PST, some reporting features are disabled or degraded. Google Ad Manager has temporarily paused Programmatic Guaranteed and Preferred Deals to mitigate additional spend while working on the issue. Engineering is working on resolving the issue with the highest priority. We have identified an issue impacting Programmatic Guaranteed deals on Google Ad Manager. Google Ad Manager has temporarily paused these deal types to minimize the impact while working on the issue. Google Ad Manager Data Transfer hourly file delivery is currently delayed. This delay is affecting the data transfer reservation impressions file type (NetworkImpressions).
