Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Google Ad Manager reports run via Query Tool or the Ad Manager API should again be completing successfully.

Dec 9, 2020 9:33 PM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager affecting a significant subset of users. We will provide an update by Dec 10, 2020, 12:00 AM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Google Ad Manager users running reports via Query Tool may receive the following UI error: "There was a problem loading the results. Please try again."

Google Ad Manager users running reports via the Ad Manager API may experience those reports failing.
