Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Jul 20, 2021 6:56 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Google Ad Manager users are no longer receiving an "A required feature is missing" error message when accessing the Line items table, and inline editing via the "Edit targeting" column is again successful.

As a reminder, this was a purely frontend issue with no impact to ad serving.
Jul 19, 2021 11:05 PM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager affecting a significant subset of users. We will provide an update by Jul 20, 2021, 7:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Some Google Ad Manager users will receive an "A required feature is missing" error message when accessing the Line items table, and the "Edit targeting" column will not load.

All other Line item-level inline targeting edits can still be successfully saved. This is a purely frontend issue with no impact to ad serving.
