Android applications affected by this issue are no longer crashing.
Nov 22, 2022 2:10 AM UTC AdMob service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users within the next 4 hours. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access AdMob, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Some Android applications may still be crashing though the issue has been mitigated.
