Incident affecting Google Ads

Nov 4, 2022 1:32 PM UTC The problem with Google Ads has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ads, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Our engineering team has identified an issue where conversions in Google Ads began dropping, specifically for customers using a non-last click attribution model. This issue started on November 3, 2022 8:45 AM PDT, a fix was put in place on November 4, 2022 9:45 AM PDT, and conversions began to flow to Google Ads clients at that time.

Conversion reprocessing is expected to succeed with no data loss and the current timeline for backfilling all delayed conversion data is approximately 1 day (November 5, 2022 EOD PDT). Our engineering teams have accounted for this outage in the bidding models, and there is no expected performance impact.
