Incident affecting AdMob

Incident began at 2024-03-19 21:00 and ended at 2024-03-22 05:00 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Mar 22, 2024 5:41 AM UTC The problem with AdMob has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access AdMob, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Android Application is no longer crashing when initializing Google Mobile Ads SDK. This issue has already been resolved.

Mar 20, 2024 6:45 AM UTC AdMob service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access AdMob, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Issue causing the application crash when initializing Android Google Ads Manager SDK has been identified and fixed. Android application crash on some android devices have already been resolved. Waiting for the changes take effect on all other android devices.
