Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

The "Programmatic buyer" dimension is again returning expected values in Ad Manager Historical reports run via the Ad Manager Reporting UI or Ad Manager API.

Previously impacted completed Ad Manager historical reports will need to be re-run to output the expected "Programmatic buyer" values.
Jan 26, 2024 5:58 PM UTC We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Ad Manager. We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

The "Programmatic buyer" dimension is only returning dash ("-") values within completed Ad Manager Historical reports run via the Ad Manager Reporting UI or Ad Manager API.

Note that the "Programmatic buyer" for a programmatic deal can still be obtained within the Ad Manager UI by visiting the associated Order or Proposal.
