Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Incident began at 2020-07-24 11:03 and ended at 2020-07-24 22:55 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Jul 24, 2020	10:55 PM UTC	The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. All previously affected creative have been reactivated and should be currently delivering as expected.
Jul 24, 2020	10:30 PM UTC	Google Ad Manager service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. Some creatives have been inadvertently deactivated. Current status reading: Inactive - Cleared; eligible for serving. Engineering is still working to ensure that all affected creatives are reactivated. Most of the affected creatives have been reactivated. If any of your creatives is not, you can manually reactivate it.

Some creatives have been inadvertently deactivated. Current status reading: Inactive - Cleared; eligible for serving. Most of the affected creatives have been reactivated. If any of your creatives is not, you can manually reactivate it.
