Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Incident began at 2023-06-05 09:30 and ended at 2023-06-05 13:00 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Jun 6, 2023	12:05 AM UTC	The problem with Google Ad Manager should be resolved for the vast majority of affected users. We will continue to work towards restoring service for the remaining affected users, but no further updates will be added to this dashboard. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but may experience delays in sending or receiving messages. Users of Google Ad Manager's Query Tool for reporting are now able to export query tool results into any format. Note: A small percentage of exports will still fail due to the roll back process. If users run into issues they can retry the exports in the meantime. Full mitigation is in progress and will be completed shortly.
Jun 5, 2023	10:20 PM UTC	We are continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by Jun 5, 2023, 3:30 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. The root cause has been identified and a fix for the issue (some users of Google Ad Manager's Query Tool for reporting are unable to export query tool results into any format except Google Drive) is now underway.
