Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Jan 28, 2026 6:39 PM UTC Our team is continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by Jan 28, 2026, 10:00 PM UTC with more information about this problem. Thank you for your patience. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Google initiated via the Run Report function from a Line Item page, are currently failing to export to any available format and are instead generating a generic error message.

Currently, the behavior of the report export functionality is not affected specifically when used with the Line Item Delivery Indicator dimension; this specific combination is no longer identified as a source of export errors.

Reports can be exported to the desired format by either clicking on the Re-Run report button or by unchecking the option Include report properties on the Export to… dialog.

We will provide an update by Jan 28, 2026, 7:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.
