Incident affecting Search Ads 360

May 11, 2019 2:46 AM UTC Search Ads 360 service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change.

We are actively working on correcting the overall Google Ads data from 12:01am on May 1 to 4:00 am May 2 (PDT). Bid optimization was reactivated for all data on May 6. On May 8, store visits and store sales data were discovered to be inaccurate for April 28 to May 8. The data has been fixed for April 28 and 29, as well as May 3 to present. Store visits and sales data is currently inaccurate from 12:01am on April 30 to end of day May 2 (PDT). Bid optimization for SA360 entities using store sales and store visits data was paused beginning on May 8, and as of May 10, we have resumed bidding on any impacted bid strategies.

We are actively working on correcting the Google Ads data for May 1. All other data is now accurate. Also, the SA360 bid optimization has been reactivated, as the bidding models are no longer affected by the Google Ads issue.

May 6, 2019 4:19 PM UTC Search Ads 360 service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users within the next 1 day, 1 hour. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change.

We are actively working on correcting the Google Ads data from 12:01am on May 1 to 4:00 am May 2 (PDT). All other data is now accurate. Also, we are reactivating the SA360 bid optimization today as the bidding models are no longer affected by the Google Ads issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

May 5, 2019 11:49 AM UTC Our team is continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by May 5, 2019, 9:00 PM UTC with more information about this problem. Thank you for your patience. The affected users are able to access Search Ads 360, but may not have access to the most recent data.

All reporting after 4am PST on May 2nd is accurate and is being pulled into Search Ads 360.

We have proactively paused bid optimization in SA360 as a precaution until the data issue for April 30 and May 1 is resolved.

We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

UPDATE 4:30PM PST May 2: The bug is still ongoing, and bid optimization will remain paused until the issue is fixed.

On May 1, at approximately 5pm PST, a bug caused Google Ads reporting for April 30 and May 1 (Pacific Time) to be incorrect.This bug impacts reports in Search Ads 360, all Google Ads interfaces and any report data downloaded via the AdWords API, Google Ads API and Google Ads Scripts.

Metrics reported for May 2nd will be delayed until later that morning PST. We have proactively paused bid optimization in SA360 as a precaution until the issue has been resolved. Apologies for any inconvenience.
