Incident affecting Google Ad Manager Data Transfer

Incident began at 2025-08-14 10:30 and ended at 2025-08-14 14:00 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Aug 15, 2025	1:59 AM UTC	The problem with Google Ad Manager Data Transfer has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but may not have access to the most recent data. The previously delayed Data Transfer Reservation and Backfill files are now successfully published. Processing delay are now back to normal within the 15 hour SLO.
Aug 14, 2025	4:49 PM UTC	We expect to resolve the problem affecting a majority of users of Google Ad Manager Data Transfer at Aug 15, 2025, 7:00 PM UTC. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but may not have access to the most recent data. Issue has been mitigated but it will take a few hours to clear the rest of the backlog. Google Ad Manager Data Transfer backfill files are now delayed from hour 20 of August 13. Google Ad Manager Data Transfer reservation files are now delayed from hour 16 of August 13.
