Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Incident began at 2024-03-15 10:35 and ended at 2024-03-18 19:28 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Mar 18, 2024	7:28 PM UTC	Google Ad Manager service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. Google Ad Manager publishers who reported an increase in app crashes starting March 14, specific to Android 12 and affecting their apps using the Google Mobile Ads SDK, should have observed a significant (if not full) decrease in these anomalous app crashes starting March 15. Potentially impacted end users, upon eventual reload of the app(s), will not experience these anomalous app crashes, so full resolution is ultimately dependent on end user behavior over the coming days.

Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. Google Ad Manager publishers who reported an increase in app crashes starting March 14, specific to Android 12 and affecting their apps using the Google Mobile Ads SDK, should have now observed a significant (if not full) decrease in these anomalous app crashes. Other potentially impacted end users, upon reload of the app(s), will not experience these anomalous app crashes.
