Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Oct 29, 2019 6:52 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.

The issue where some users were not able to create new orders if 'All Entities' was included in the 'Teams (optional)' field is now fixed.

Oct 28, 2019 1:46 PM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager affecting a significant subset of users. We will provide an update by Oct 28, 2019, 10:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are unable to access Google Ad Manager, but we've provided a workaround below.

A subset of users are getting an error message when saving a new order. This occurs if 'All Entities' is included in the 'Teams (optional)' field which will not allow the order to be saved.

As a workaround, users can create an order without teams included and add teams afterwards.
