Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Engineering is continuing to investigate this issue. Publishers are receiving server errors when creating Audience Segments via Ad Manager API and via the Google Ad Manager UI (which leverages the API). Engineering provided a partial fix that helped lower the error rate, however, latency remains high and will be followed up until its resolution.

As a workaround, Publishers can create Segments after multiple tries (usually after 4 tries or less). Please note that due to the latency, it might be slower than usual.

Sep 19, 2024 2:26 AM UTC We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Ad Manager. We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Some Publishers identified server errors when creating Audience Segments via Ad Manager API. Engineering is actively investigating the issue but we do not have an ETA for resolution yet.
