| Sep 20, 2024 | 11:30 AM UTC | Engineering is continuing to investigate this issue. Publishers are receiving server errors when creating Audience Segments via Ad Manager API and via the Google Ad Manager UI (which leverages the API). Engineering provided a partial fix that helped lower the error rate, however, latency remains high and will be followed up until its resolution. As a workaround, Publishers can create Segments after multiple tries (usually after 4 tries or less). Please note that due to the latency, it might be slower than usual. |

The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.
