Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Incident began at 2025-11-17 17:00 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

	Nov 17, 2025	10:31 PM UTC	Google Ad Manager service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. Email notifications for Policy violations should have returned to normal volumes and only be sent out for valid policy violations. Creatives that were previously deactivated due to incorrect policy violations are being rescanned and re-enabled.

The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. Users are receiving large number of Policy Violation email notifications and subsequent deactivation of Creatives.
