Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Incident began at 2023-03-24 17:30 and ended at 2023-03-24 19:04 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

Mar 24, 2023	7:04 PM UTC	The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.
Mar 24, 2023	6:39 PM UTC	Google Ad Manager service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users in the near future. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. The Goggle Ad Manager creative upload service has been affected by an outage that prevented users from uploading new creative assets such as image files. Out engineering team has found the root cause of the issue, and as mitigation efforts are taking place some publishers can already use the creative upload service again. We expect the creative upload service to be fully operational shortly. We will provide an additional update by Mar 24, 2023, 9:00 PM UTC or earlier.

We will provide an update by Mar 24, 2023, 7:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior. Creative assets (ie. image files) cannot be currently uploaded in Google Ad Manager and the upload is failing with an error `A system error occurred. Please try again.` There is currently no known workaround to upload new creative assets.
