Incident affecting Google Ad Manager Data Transfer

Incident began at 2019-04-30 19:30 and ended at 2019-04-30 21:44 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

	Apr 30, 2019	9:44 PM UTC	The problem with Google Ad Manager Data Transfer has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. All missing data transfer files have been restored. Correction: Only data files from 19:00 - 23:00 PDT April 29th were impacted.
	Apr 30, 2019	7:30 PM UTC	We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Ad Manager Data Transfer. We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager Data Transfer, but may not have access to the most recent data. All data transfer files are missing data for 19:00 PDT April 29 until Now. Engineering is aware and has resolved the underlying issue. The data is currently backfilling.
