Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Apr 12, 2019 8:24 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.

The Google Ad Manager issue where some Ad Exchange pricing rules were not consistently enforced is now resolved.

Apr 12, 2019 6:41 PM UTC We are continuing to investigate this issue. We will provide an update by Apr 13, 2019, 12:00 AM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem.

Google Ad Manager users that utilize Ad Exchange pricing rules may be seeing an overall decline in Ad eCPM. The issue was previously only associated with First-Look however, a subset of impressions eligible for other pricing rules may also be impacted.

Apr 12, 2019 5:27 PM UTC We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Ad Manager. We will provide more information shortly. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Google Ad Manager users that utilize First-Look pricing rules may be seeing an overall decline in Ad eCPM. This only impacts impressions that fall under First-Look rules.
