Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Google Ad Manager Scheduled Report are now available.

Feb 25, 2020 10:00 AM UTC We're aware of a problem with Google Ad Manager affecting a majority of users. We will provide an update by Feb 25, 2020, 8:00 PM UTC detailing when we expect to resolve the problem. Please note that this resolution time is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Google Ad Manager Scheduled Reports from 24th Feb may not be available. Publisher who are expecting to receive Scheduled Reports from Google Ad Manager might not have received any email for Scheduled Reports from 24th Feb.

As a workaround, Publishers can run any of the affected scheduled reports manually.
