Incident affecting Google Ad Manager DAI

Incident began at 2023-05-18 15:07 and ended at 2023-05-18 16:00 (times are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)).

May 18, 2023 4:58 PM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager DAI has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager DAI, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Between May 16, 2023, ~4PM UTC and May 18, 2023, ~4PM UTC some Ad Manager DAI publishers may have noticed a drop in "Total Active View % viewable impressions" and "Completion rate" metrics values within Ad Manager Historical reports.

The underlying issue is now resolved, and moving forward impacted Ad Manager DAI publishers should again see correct "Total Active View % viewable impressions" and "Completion rate" metrics values within Ad Manager Historical reports.
