Incident affecting Google Ad Manager

Nov 8, 2019 2:00 AM UTC The problem with Google Ad Manager has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and continued support.

Google Ad Manager publishers can 'Request acceptance' on newly created programmatic proposals containing video proposal line items without encountering the following error message: 'The companion delivery option is not allowed with the current environment type.'

Google Ad Manager publishers still encountering the aforementioned error message on existing programmatic proposals can perform the following simple workaround: 1) Revert from the 'new sales experience' UI by clicking 'Back to previous version' 2) Click in to each video proposal line item on an impacted proposal and re-save the proposal line item 3) Click 'Request acceptance'.
Nov 7, 2019 9:00 PM UTC Google Ad Manager service has already been restored for some users, and we expect a resolution for all users within the next 18 hours. Please note this time frame is an estimate and may change. The affected users are able to access Google Ad Manager, but are seeing error messages, high latency, and/or other unexpected behavior.

Some Google Ad Manager publishers cannot successfully 'Request acceptance' on existing programmatic proposals containing video proposal line items. Impacted users will receive the following error message upon 'Request acceptance': The companion delivery option is not allowed with the current environment type.

Google Ad Manager publishers should no longer experience this issue with newly created programmatic proposals containing video proposal line items.
